Accurate measurement of components and complete assemblies is critical to the approval and quality processes at Wipac. This can be completed either to our internal standards or according to customer requirements for alignment protocols and tolerances.
The metrology department facilities include the following:
- two CNC coordinate measuring machines
- motorised indexing probes
- PC Demis 3-D CMM software (data from CAD models)
- temperature controlled environment
