Finishing
- manual and automated lines for silicone hard-coating of lenses
- three manual paint spray booths
- Balzer vacuum metalliser for aluminising of decorative bezels and optical reflectors
Assembly
- purpose built clean rooms for product assembly
- clean room 1, Class 10,000 / IP7, 190m2
- clean room 2, Class 10,000 / IP7, 130m2
Bonding
- six axis gluing robot using PUR adhesives
- ultrasonic welding
- hot plate welding
- non-contact infra-red welding
- vibration welding.
