Wipac’s lighting electronics are manufactured through a strategic partnership with a single, specialist electronics manufacturing company based in Central Europe. This relationship enables us to achieve the flexibility, quality and traceability needed for production of advanced electronics in small batch sizes.
The manufacturing facility includes 2 automated SMT (surface mount technology) assembly lines integrated with X-ray and optical inspection, alongside a further manually fed prototype SMT line.
These capabilities allow us to produce PCBs in all of the technologies appropriate to high power LED designs such as multi-layer boards, dual sided high copper weight boards, aluminium PCBs and flexible circuits.
