Mechanical design
3-D and 2-D CAD design completed in CATIA V5 and within customer specific environments.
Optical design
Optical design and simulation of performance against ECE and SAE legislative requirements using Breault’s ASAP and refCAD ray-tracing software suite.
Electronics design
Electronics development from specification through to schematics and production layout completed in-house. Typical applications include LED drivers with PWM generators, thermal protection and failure detection systems developed to meet our customers’ stringent testing and EMC requirements.
Thermal design
CFD simulation using ANSYS software for optimised development of PCBs, heatsinks and complete lighting assemblies.
